ChancellorDr. Wayne Pribble wpribble@dioceseoflascruces.org As established by universal canon law (c. 482 :1), the Chancellor drafts and safeguards official curial documents, and issues any authentic copies of the same. Through membership on the Bishop's Administrative Council, the Chancellor assists in the administration of the diocese. The Chancellor is also responsible to the diocesan bishop in any policy-making or decision-making process. The Chancellor deals with the maintenance of priest personnel records and archives, development of diocesan policy and serves as the Victim's Assistance Coordinator. The chancellor directly supervises the Chancellor Secretary, the Vice-Chancellor, the Comptroller and the Archives volunteer. The Chancellor is a member of the Foundation Board of Governors and Executive Committee; Budget Review Committee; Diocesan Finance Council; Agua Viva Advisory Board; Pastoral Manual Review Committee; DPC, Insurance Review; Vicar's Summit meetings; ex-officio member of Presbyteral Council; Clergy Personnel Board; serves as liaison to College of Consultors.
