He is the official diocesan representative in absence of the bishop. Vicar for Administration, Secretary of Corporation, makes recommendations to the bishop and advisory bodies regarding administrative and legal matters concerning the corporation. He oversees Construction and Renovation, and Development Offices. He is the Director of Mission Office, responsible for preparing letters and reports for second collections. He is the Director of the Clergy Personnel Board. He is also a member of Bishop's Administrative Council, Foundation Board, Insurance Review Board, Diocesan Finance Council, and Priests' Council.
