Borrowers are allowed to check out up to five items at a time. In a sense of Christian trust, no fines are imposed for overdue materials. The Catholic Lending Library will pay the cost of shipping materials to parishes outside the Las Cruces area, however the borrower is responsible for returning in good condition all items shipped. We suggest that all materials be insured against damage. Borrowers are held responsible for any damage or loss incurred while materials are out of the library and, in that event of any mishap, must pay for the cost of repair or replacement.
